HI, I'M DAWN

I have served in the healthcare industry for over thirty years.

My background as a registered nurse on many levels including director of nurses at small to large corporate healthcare chains, legal nurse consultant, healthcare business owner, and nationwide turnaround specialist for both acute hospital and long term care facilities. This broad based clinical, managerial and demonstrated leadership performance has provided me the skills and authority to share my stellar approaches and knowledge with other healthcare professionals how to prevent medical malpractice lawsuits,  manage risk plus insights and updates for the escalating incidence of medical malpractice lawsuits.

MY STORY

I began my nursing career in the fast-paced environment of Medical-Surgical nursing, where I honed my clinical judgment and decision-making skills. My strong foundation in direct patient care, combined with my ability to think critically and adapt quickly, prepared me for the transition into Long Term Care operations and management, Legal Nurse Consulting and Healthcare Turnaround Specialist. My strong background in risk management and quality assurance is an asset to  legal nurse consulting services.

I USE MY KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS TO IMPROVE CARE DELIVERY AND TO SHARE WITH  MY COLLEAGUES
